LineSkip
A working proof, not a market.
LineSkip was self-checkout without the checkout — point a camera at what's in the cart, let a vision model do the rest.
It got further than an idea. There was a Raspberry Pi, a custom-trained detection model, a proof-of-concept that genuinely worked on the bench. What there wasn't, in the end, was a path to a market that made sense.
So it didn't ship. I'm not going to dress that up. But the work was real, and what it taught me about training models and shipping hardware shows up in everything I've built since. It's retired, not erased — it's alive through me.
